Eh. There are worse choices. I know he hasn't had success as a HC before, but he's also been saddled with some bad teams and not given more than a couple of years to pull them out of it.

I wouldnt mind that choice as long as they found a STRONG defensive coordinator. He wouldnt be first choice, I think its time to find a young up and coming coach who will add some new blood into the team.

Having said that, i wouldn't hire Norv as a HC.
