Man, I've seen Gbay play twice this season guys and.......I hate to say it, but they have more weapons than Philly. They run the same offense, and if we blitz Rodgers like we did to stop McFlabb in the second half......it won't work IMO. I'm thinking it'll be a 50-47 game: last one with the ball wins.(because their defense isn't as good as Philly's) If the OVER for the game is 70: I'm still taking the over!!!!!!!!:laugh2:

the Thing is though......i dont think Arron Rodgers is as dangerous as mcnabb.....and not as mobile....and as far as there corners? We faced great corners last night...and had no problem

We will be the best D Rodgers has faced.....i think our D will be much improved...honestly...especially With Watkins or whatever coverage safety we plug in

Edit-and they dont have a brian Westbroke.........so they have to actually throw at our Corners...which might be bad for them

We seemed to know how to bring pressure against those same lineman last year so I don't think that will be an issue. My two concerns are how healthy is Ryan Grant's hamstring and even bigger, Dallas being flat coming off a big game on Monday night.

rodgers is more mobile than mcnabb you are crazy, only this mcnabb has is body strength to shed of tackles. and westbrook had about 50 yards recieving what about the other 250 yards we gave up? either way cowboys win but rodgers is the real deal

Rogers is no Mcnabb and does not know us the way Mcnabb does. There is no way Rogers has the body control and lower body strength Mcnabb does.

Also who on the Packers is Westbrook.

Also I would not say Greenbays defense is as attacking or brutal as Phillys

Barring huge mistakes....i think we will run over them......when you think about it...we spoted philly 17 points....a field goal from a bad kickoff........romo's int....and a romo fumble

we actually dominated the eagles to be honest

I actually fear the Eagles offense, overall, more than the Packers. The Eagles have the edge at RB, QB, and TE but the Packers certianly have the advantage at the WR over the Eagles.

The thing is that Rodgers, to me, isn't nearly as moble as McNabb (who we sacked 4 times) and so if we get the same type of pressure on him, as we did Philly, there was at least 3 or 4 times that McNabb was nearly sacked that he was able to get away, where I don't think Rodgers will be able to.

Could be wrong, though.

I think this game will be tight, very tight, in the first half and then Dallas will simply overwhelm them, beat them down, and tire them out.

Our offense had no trouble throwing on a Eagles defense that has a secondary MUCH BETTER than the Packers do. Not to mention, from what I read, Woodson now has a broken toe and that is going to hamper him a bit.

I think we win this game but it's always tough to win in Greenbay, so we'll see.

No. We win by multiple scores. They're not half the offense the Eagles are. And even if their defense is, no defense is good enough to keep this offense from scoring.

Good posts: rysko is right: I've seen Rodgers play 4 times this season: twice in pre and twice in regular season. I can see why they dumped Favre: A) Rodgers makes less mistakes and better decisions with the ball B) Strong, very accurate arm C) Surprisingly good scrambler: I had no idea this was part of his game. I'm starting to dislike him already.....seriously. But the other posters are right: Gbays defense isnt' as good as Philly's. But wit is banged up, no RW, so it'll be tough..................

Exactly!

Don't get me wrong there dangerous and may put up 14...but i doubt more than that maybe 17......our D will rebound.....and there D cant stop our Offense.....if they think we have to force the ball to Owens with Harris and Woodson at corner.....without moving Owens around..there funny....

There offense just doesn't scare me like the eagles O....i don't see them sustaining long drives like Mcnabb...i can see them moving the ball a few times...but regardless weather we want to admit it...Mcnabb is experienced, dangerous, and smart

I'm more concerned about an emotional letdown after last night. That was one hard fought game.

haha i just said something similar to this on another thread . Last nights game resembled a game of madden online or something where no matter what you do on d the other guy is going to score on you and vice versa and it comes down to that one last stop or int that lets you get up on the other team. Bring it i say that game was awesome

Philly>>>Greenbay.

I was never worried about seing Greenbay on our schedule, Rogers has looked good but the Packers have froze in both games. They were losing to Detroit until Kitna threw the game away. If Detroit can be ahead in the 4th then we can.

GB may have a good offense but i think they're easier to defend because they don't have the unusual talents in their backfield like Philly does with Westbrook and a healthy McNabb. That makes it HOPEFULLY easier to dial up blitzes and play a much more aggresive defense attacking the LOS.

And like others have said, if we hit Rogers as much as we did McNabb last night, he goes down at least 7 times.

Haha my friend and I were saying that exact same thing during the game. When we were down by 9 I was like, "Well you know what, this game is like a Madden game and I want to hit the ****** reset button!" Glad they pulled out the W

This is the perfect example of a potential trap game.

Coming off an emotionly charged Monday night and on the road.

Tough game regardless of the opponent.

Wrong. This is not a trap game. The Cowboys are not gooing to overlook a 2-0 Packers team on Sunday Night football. If they were 0-2 yeah maybe or if they were the Bills like last year yeah but they will be ready.

The Eagles were missing both starting WRs. The Packers have 4 starting Caliber recievers and a very tall Ruvell Martin who is Rodgers favorite target. However he has a broken finger.
