Dallas Cowboys: 3 potential second-year stars to watch
https://thelandryhat.com/2019/05/28/dallas-cowboys-3-potential-second-year-stars/

Here are three second-year players for the Dallas Cowboys who might blossom into stars this offseason for America’s Team.

The Dallas Cowboys’ 2018 draft class was highlighted by one player. That being their first round selection out of Boise State, linebacker Leighton Vander Esch. The rookie phenom shocked the football world, earning a Pro Bowl nod in his very first season.

But the Cowboys’ class had some other possible stars in the making whom, for whatever reason, needed more time to blossom. Here are three second-year Cowboys who have the potential to breakout in 2019...

Dorance Armstrong, DE

Cedrick Wilson, WR

Dalton Schultz, TE

I'd add 3 rookie starters (our first 3 2017 picks): LVE, Connor, and Gallup for "breakout " years
expecting huge seasons from each

It's the off season, and an informed fan needs to be open - eyed to potentials during OT's and the upcoming camp. Young players need to be watched for development. Pedigree is relevant, but heart is the producer for players such as these.

According to BtB, Wilson grew three inches this offseason and is now 6-5.

LOL.

That's a weird group of three players.

Armstrong projected as young but with pass rushing speed and talent. He projects and is competitive now. He will be pushed in camp.

Wilson was injured most of last season. He was highly productive while in college. He comes with talent, and again, being pushed by the intense competition in the wide receivers group.

Schultz, came along strongly the second half of the season. He has some talent, and time with Jason Witten will be well spent...not so unreasonable a projection.

This group projects potential and an observation point for OT's and Training Camp I like the focus presented...

The group projects mild potential at best. And when you factor in that none will get much playing time, its pretty easy to see that none have a legitimate shot to break out of anything. And then when you add STAR to the end of breakout, it makes it laughable.

To this poster, you don't impress. Don't want to follow such players, lay off the insults then...bud.

And what insult would that be? LOL

So you only want people that agree with you to post? Maybe you should post something that actually makes sense.

Schultz is interesting.. He should be getting good reps backing up Witten while hopefully picking up on his Vet presence..

Wilson would have to have an unbelievable camp/preseason to crack the rotation we have some quality WRs

Armstrong like Joe Jack I think have the chance to slip into the rotation and really give us quality reps to help with the possible Gregory suspension

If you don't want discussions as to people having to strongly invest in heart...then just take this que and shut up. Move on with the Dixie dumpster routine...

You never discussed beyond stating a personal doubt. That is on your agenda list....not talking about the players.

Show how any of these players DON'T merit a look!
