I assume you are talking about the fans overhyping and not the team? If so, yeah, that happens a lot. OTA's just aren't a place to make accurate judgments though. When the defensive players can go full speed and make tackles we will be able to see more.

He is looking like the 6th receiver, as long as he can play special teams and doesn’t get hurt in training camp.
