I really wish they would just do away with the inactives. I know their reasoning behind it, but I don't agree and don't like it. At least raise that number to 51.
51 out of 53 might be high. 49 seems about right.

Jerry will be inactive after having his other hip replacement...but he will be active with the JWB.

My guess, if not 100% and to be safe, Street, but if he is active, the maybe Whitehead.
Mills, Collins, Bishop, Russell, as I doubt they have 2. Rookie DL active for now. Michael, Swaim or Hanna

I think Lucky sits out tonight and I hope they let Coleman play. He truly adds a lot to the Cowboys inside rush. Until Hardy is back, I think (hope) they'll use Coleman a good bit.

I guess McClain could replace Coleman on the inactive list. It seems like they need a 4th DE which would be Russell. JCraw did play DE last year, but he only played DT in the preseason so I would be surprised if he is the 4th DE.

You're probably right on McClain. I'd rather see Coleman though but that's just me. Crawford might play some end although they like him better inside. He could play run downs on the strongside.

terrell mcclian over Coleman?

That isn't a nice reward to all the work Davon Coleman put in during training camp/pre-season while Terrell McClain sat watching.

McClain is likely trusted more by the coaches, and he did have some nice moments last season when healthy.

So our 5 recievers active. Looks like we will throw the ball some if running game doesn't start off too well. Good idea considering Giants mediocre secondary.

You know you have a deep roster when some guys there that can play.

Look at this inactive list from 2013 vs. KC:

wide receiver Cole Beasley, running back Joseph Randle, linebacker Ernie Sims, offensive guard David Arkin, offensive tackle Darrion Weems, tight end Andre Smith and defensive end Caesar Rayford

We've go two young guys... Beasley & Randle.

One guy that's "meh"... Weems.

And then 4 "Far less than JAG's".

I'm also not in love with both Whitehead and Dunbar being active at the same time. It looks like we are going with 7 on the defensive line which is odd.
