This is a film about Vince Lombardi. Tom Landry was 46 when Lombardi died in 1970. They ned an actor who can be between 30 (Landry's age when he and Lombardi were coaching on the Giants and 46. Landry's age when Vince died.
They can age an actor, but they can't make one look half his age.
They need someone who is at most 40 years old with a youthful face that could look 30.
Robert Duvall is 78. Older than Landry was when he died. 11 years after he was out of coaching.
