What's going on with his parking lot issue? Unless I miss something, there's no word from the league or the Cowboys. Not that I'm complaining, just seems rather odd we haven't heard anything. Is it safe to say he will not be discipline?

I think the courts are slowly getting to it still. The nfl will pounce when it suits them best

Yes still waiting on the courts on this one. Even of he gets a light deal from the courts, you know the NFL will double up on his suspension regardless of the court outcome. It is just a football fact of life.

On another note, a few weeks ago I seen something where Nolan Carroll's DWI case is near to being dismissed.
However, I bet the dictator will still give him 4 games instead of 2, or no games.

I would suggest making a deal with the aggrieved party. You know, like if you happen to forget everything or agree that it was just a misunderstanding and no big deal, there is $50K in it for you to buy a new car. Proceed with the charges and get nothing or forget all about it and get a some nice new wheels. Personally, I would roll with the $50-100K payday and walk away smiling.

It's not DV and it's not a star player. Therefore, there's absolutely no rush.

The NFL will wait until the legal system has it's say, investigate the incident for 12 to 13 months, ignore any and all logic law enforcement may inject into the case, then proceed to make their own half-baked decision based on however Roger Goodell is feeling about it.

You know, typical NFL justice.

I'm still expecting him and Carroll to get suspended at some point.

If there is a court case involved, the NFL waits until that is completed. If the offense was egregious and Goodell thinks the player being on the field is hurting the image of the NFL, they will use the exempt list to keep the player off the field. Last I heard, the charges were expected to be reduced. Caroll is going for a full dismissal and last I saw had a good chance to get it.

Then Carroll should not be punished by the NFL; though he did a very foolish thing. As for Damien Wilson, he did something even more inexcusable. I would have no problem with any ban he would get.

The Zeke case, which is based 100 percent on he said/she said testimony, is what truly bothers me.
