I'd like nothing more than to see Bailey have 163 more FGs during his career.
He's deserving of all of the good luck the game of football has to offer.

He owns the highest rating of accuracy ever in the NFL. You can't beat that!
Rather see him set the NFL records for extra points lol

I can't remember how we ended up with bailey? I know for awhile we had some terrible kickers. Then one day bailey was here.
Didn't Garrett hold some sort of kicking competition between Kai Forbath and Dan Bailey to determine who got the job? Can't remember which season that was, it was Baileys rookie season obviously..

That's right. He was good. I remember Jimmy Johnson had to get by with okay, but not great kickers. Willis, Elliot, Murray, were all decent, but nothing spectacular.

Elliott was not decent at all. I'm surprised he stayed on the team as long as he did.

Murrary was better than decent for the one year he played for Dallas after taking over for Elliot in 93. He had a very good season. I don't really count the few games in 99 that he kicked for the Cowboys when he was 100.

Folk was pretty good until he suddenly lost it.

Bailey is up there with Written as one of the best Cowboys of this era and the franchise's illustrious history.

Folk tore cartilage in his hip and had surgery after the 2008 season, which is the main reason he suddenly lost it.

Bailey was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent following the 2011 NFL Draft on July 25. At one point during training camp, he had to compete with 3 other place kickers that included David Buehler, Shayne Graham and Dave Rayner. He was named the starter at the end of the preseason, with Buehler remaining on the roster as the kickoff specialist.

Elliot was decent until he somehow hit the wall and was terrible. He became a kicker with lost confidence and was toast after that.

No, he was bad from the start. Must have hit that wall on the way to the league. After his first 8 games in 1992 he was converting only 50% of his field goal attempts. I don't know how he kept his job. He got on a little bit of a roll after that, but still finished 20th in the league in field goal conversions at 68.6%. He went 2 of 3 in each of the final two games of that season.

I didn't remember him as being that bad, but okay. Stats don't lie. Thank God we have Bailey and not someone like Elliot. If we end up with a Super Bowl 25 moment, Bailey will nail it and not go wide right like Scott Norwood.

Bailey is good, but he isn't Der Buehler. Teams feared Der Buehler more than Ware, Ratliff, Romo, and Witten combined. You BEST believe that every DC game-planned for Der Buehler. Even Jerry admits to getting extra bars to hold the TV in place, in case one of his footballs hit the screen. Out of respect, Buehler didn't aim for the TV, but we all know repairs would have been needed if it happened.

David Buehler ist machtiger als Hitler und Jesus.
David Buehler wears Dan Bailey pajamas.

Aside from your corporate BNSF, UP, CSX, etc. there are a ton of short-line cars with different, interesting logos. The ones in my avatar are rare and non-existant. I always look for those, and sometimes go to Fort Worth just to watch trains.
