Theres so many players I like in rds 2-3 and he's definitely one of them. If all targets are gone at 27, I would love to try and trade down to pick up a 3rd. 4 picks from 40- 91 can bring in a load of talent and theres not a huge difference between the 2nd and 3rd rd prospects this year.

Can anyone remember a year with so many CBs projected to move to FS at the top of the draft as this one? Rowe, Shaw, Randall even B. Jones and PJ Williams have been mentioned as possible FS conversions. I may even be missing some.

Could you imagine if somehow we got.

1. Kevin Johnson, CB
2. Tevin Coleman, RB
3. Josh Shaw, CB

I'd feel a lot better about two of weakness. No way this happens as Kevin Johnson probably won't be there and Tevin Coleman won't make it to pick 60. Still, its a nice dream!

One CB is enough for me. We need to do to our DL what we did to our OL. And LB depth is thin.

Still, I like the players you've chosen, a lot.

Ok, who has seen Shaw play a decent amount of games? the stuff I'm reading is that the game tapes saying 5th-6th round, but he had a great underwear olympics. It doesn't seem like too many are worried about that off the field incident, but is this guy a 2nd-3rd round corner? Or is he just rising up the board off a great combine and the fact that he can probably play 2 positions?

Just go do some youtube scouting.

The guy looks like a great all around DB..

Also he looks like he could play any position in the secondary.

I'd like to replace Tevin Coleman with Ronald Darby but that would just be greedy.

Uh ah ah ah ah.

Shaw has terrific potential as a free safety, but his position flex is something evert team needs. He would make a great third rounder.

I picked two with the thought that Carr is released. We could easily pick two corners if that situation occurred. Corner would be the weakest area on our team.

I've watching him quite a bit and I think he is a terrific player at either CB or Safety. It was interesting that he seems to hit harder when playing CB than when playing Safety. He can turn and run with WRs fairly easily. He does need some work on consistently getting his head turned when covering deep routes as a CB and his stop, plant and drive on underneath routes is just average.
