We are well aware this team lacks a true #2 WR. If the team decided to go the veteran fa route, Darius Slayton is a name to watch.

I watched majority of his career as a Giant. He has suffered from poor QB play and lack of talent at the WR position until recently. He is that stretch the field type with 4.3 speed and should come at a reasonable cost. With better QB play, I think he could potentially become a hidden gem.

Wouldn’t be a bad addition. 15 ypc for his career is pretty sweet. I think if Tolbert improves more in 2025, you could do some things with Lamb/Slayton/Tolbert and Ferg at TE

Not the first guy I wouldn't want, but he would definitely help

Just looking at other options in case that didn't want to spend a high pick on another WR. I really don't know what to make of Tolbert at this stage, still not impressed.

I think he is a slightly better (or more talented) version of Ced Wilson. The value for me is more about being able to line up at different spots as opposed to production. He allows you to move your better WR's around and try and create mismatches. Good route runners, but all other skills are basically just good enough to make a few plays

Not to me ,... Slaton is a one track pony , he can run a str8 line .but that's it.
and depending upon whose covering Slayton, he's not usually gonna win that battle.

i'd want a No.2 that doesn't disappear, and can adequately step in if our No.1 lead guy gets hurt.

- Devontae Smith to AJ Brown

- T, Higgins to Chase

- Puka nucka to Cooper Kupp

- J. Williamson to St. Brown

- Waddle t oTyrek Hill

- Tank Dell to Nico Collins

I’m looking a mid tier cost receivers that can help if they decide to not draft another high receiver. Slayton is apart of that group. Certainly they could draft another alpha next to Lamb, but they have to address the DT position in a big way this offseason
