Darren Aronofsky fans - I've seen THE FOUNTAIN

I see we have many film fans here and with the boards demographic, I figured that some of you may be fans of Aronofsky (Pi, Requiem For A Dream). Anyway, I saw a screening of THE FOUNTAIN Friday night in San Diego during Comic Con. I can't say much about it now due to the embargo, but I think y'all will dig it.

Aronofsky strikes me as the Self Righteous Nerd of the Film House. I don't care for his films, for the simple fact that I picture him as the guy who takes offense to his pictures being called 'movies' rather than 'films.'

The trailers for The Fountain look awesome.

'Requiem for a Dream' is about the best anti-drug movie ever made. I almost didn't want to sleep with Jennifer Connolly after that but I eventually came to my senses.
