Ah I see he already challenged the results

From ESPN

Irving appealed the suspension in May, after a source told ESPN that the issue stemmed from an over-the-counter substance Irving used in an attempt to endorse the product.

Im so sick of this type of thing hanging over our head.

On the bright side maybe he'll give us some fresh legs at the right time.

Lane Johnson didn't learn his lesson about cheating. He went straight to the 10 game suspension.

For your sake, I hope he can actually play without steroids.
Not sure why you'd say for my sake. I hope he takes all the steroids available to him and gets suspended for our sake. He's really good and our pass rush isn't (even more so now)

Hope he learns a valuable lesson about cheating from this.
It wasnt even cheating. A lot of these guys dont have people to guide them and tell them every substance they cant take. It was literally a mistake, and its happened in almost every sport because the list of things you cant take is in the thousands. Most players have money to pay agents and or other people to do this for them. In this case his agent gave him the supplement. Could he have gone to the Cowboys training staff and double checked? Sure. Its not like this guy went out with the intent to cheat.

He's been taking steroids... how do you know how good he is or isn't? His strength will plummet and if he gets caught again it will be a really big suspension.

Some guys just can't play with the big boys without chemical help.

Ok, who is going to be the first to post the inevitable and clichéd "blessing in disguise" take?

Probably was unintentional but that's no excuse.

For sure!....I hate the old blessing in disguise cliche'

I actually see a silver lining in this whole mess, now the younger players are going to get some playing time!

When these guys enter the league, they are provided all the materials required to stay out of trouble. They are either unable to read it, choose not to read it, or read it and choose to ignore it. There are even rookie symposiums about this stuff.

He may not have been trying to cheat, but there is no excuse for getting suspended. It is either willful ignorance it downright stupidity.

That's if you believe Irving's excuse.

The players can literally say whatever they want, and the league cannot refute it due to confidentiality.
