You are more likely to get injured in a game than in practice or warming up at this time of the season.Injury can happen by not playing as hard, it can happen in warm ups, it can happen going out in a route. Injuries happen and it's unfortunate for sure but you can't play scared because of it. This is the wrong sport for that

A meniscus tear is not a good thing for a running back. Makes him a candidate for microfracture surgery down the line.
