Mike Sullivan, of the North County Times, reports free agent LB Joey Porter (Steelers) is interested in playing for the San Diego Chargers, according to sources.

(I cant see why the Chargers would be interested in Porter however...they just resigned Phillips to a big deal and have Merriman)

Porter would be a good fit in S.D. also.......maybe he will visit us.

To be fair, it did say he was interested in them, not the other way around.
