Something is wrong when I can't get excited about a WR's college highlight clip. And nothing he's done in 2 yrs here has really changed that feeling. Nothing short of a miracle will keep Street on the roster in 2016.
Butler wins that 4th spot in a landslide.
I feel bad for Moore. He was due to get a ton of snaps in preseason games. Shows how quickly things can change with a freak injury in practice.
So now we're down to Showers and Dak backing up Tony... what's Wheeden doing?
Same thing Whitten is doing

I'm not even sure why everyone assumes it's a Williams/Butler competition. I think Butler is really competing to replace Street.
They may decide to stay the course and just wait for him to heal in I'm assuming 6-8 weeks.
Williams is in a contract year. If he can be replaced by a cheaper player that is equal or better than it is a win for the team. Street and Butler are similar animals right now, neither is in line for a big deal. Although Street has already made more noise in one day than he has his entire time here.
I just don't see Butler being better than Williams. I think Williams is under-rated as our number 2 WR and he's clearly better than Butler.

That's always the problem .. Is the offense good because they are playing against our defense? When the defense has a good day was it because the offense was off their game? hard to get excited about camp reports any more because every year it seems like whichever side they say is doing well, struggles when the season starts.Keep in mind these glowing reports on the offensive side of the ball is that they are practicing against the Dallas Cowboy defense .
