He has the physical talent, and Oakland knew that before they let him go for a 5th round pick. The Butler trade landed the #143 Overall where the Raiders selected a small RB Texas Tech who dances too much for succeeding in the League without changing his game. This is the NFL and there is likely or most certainly a flaw(s) in the WR.
All in All, by the 5th Round there isn't much left out there on Draft Day, Brice is like the athletic fliers the Cowboys took late in the 2016 Draft at the RB, CB, SS and TE positions..so add a WR to that mix...if one of those five end up starting then they were all worth the scatter shot drafting.
If the mental side holds their roster spot, the physical side of these four athletes will likely play out in the Dallas advantage, just hit on one and don't care which one it is, this is how you uncover a true diamond in the rough, mining through the physical talent to find the mentally capable, but you'll have to get lucky to uncover a real gem of a football player by his 20s' that hasn't already been located and set under a glass case.
