2) I wish that this club would have not wasted time with Joseph Randle in the first month of the season. Darren McFadden was the best back on this roster, and it wasn’t even close. There were plenty of people that doubted him and his ability to stay healthy for an entire season, but McFadden proved all of those doubters wrong. His toughness was outstanding, which is a credit to him.

Hmm.

Wish McFadden was starting for the first 5 games of the year and then proclaim that McFadden proved people wrong by staying healthy for an entire season.

I will say that he exceeded my expectations in just about every way, particularly in regards to his durability. That doesn't do anything to diminish any of the doubt that I have regarding his ability to be counted on to remain healthy. Ya know, because of like, the rest of his career where he couldn't be relied on to stay healthy.

That's a valid point.

Either by draft or my free agent pickup another guy needs to be brought in.

I am struggling to see what special traits Moore showed to deserve a shot to "compete" for the backup spot.

What you saw today is what you will get.

He is a clipboard holder and voice in the QB film room. Other than that, no.

He is a third string QB at best in this league. Period.

Moore can actually run an offense unlike Captain Checkdown Weeden and the disaster that was Matt Cassel. He has every right to compete for the backup job. Will he win it? That's another story, but he deserves a shot.

Garrett must have stock in McFadden.

There was no reason to use him as much once he got his 1000 yards and extra 300k.

It would have been nice to see if Turbin or RSmith can provide anything in the future.

He earned an invite to camp with the 435 yards.

If DAL can't sign or draft anyone to beat him out next year it will be their fault and not his.

He looks like an emergency starter, third string QB at best.

add 5 more dropped passes.....and a dropped TD. 22 drops in 3 weeks.....seriously:rolleyes: Add those numbers to his totals....and he is right there w/ Romo's stats.

He stunk to help make it 24-0
The Commanders started pulling starters and he still threw picks
He stinks

I like him as a third string, possibly second string. Do not ever compare him to Romo

Funny how the Idaho brigade was silent on the game threads.

Took garbage time stats and a few hours to think up spin to prepare a defense of Kellen Less

seriously! I saw a Commanders defense today after the first quarter started to play like it was preseason.the skins let him have those yards he did not do that by himself. also did you see that awful int in the endzone when he had time to wait a little bit more and get a better pass off. I like moore he seems like a good guy but he is a third string qb and that is all. moore has turned the ball over in the redzone three times in just two and half starts.

1) Without knowing what quarterback might be available in the draft or freeagency or by trade, I am willing to give Kellen Moore the opportunity to come back and compete for the backup job on this team. I believe that he has opened some eyes in this organization in what he can do, whereas when he first arrived in Dallas, I don’t believe that was the case. I want to see these coaches continue to work with him and allow him to develop and grow. Sure, there are physical limitations with him, but there are also plenty of positive traits to work with.

2) I wish that this club would have not wasted time with Joseph Randle in the first month of the season. Darren McFadden was the best back on this roster, and it wasn’t even close. 3) Speaking of toughness, how about Tyrone Crawford? Dealing with a damaged shoulder, he continued to line up and play despite needing surgery to get it fixed. It was clear during the last half of the season that he was a one-armed player, and you could especially see this when he had to play off blocks. For him to end up with three tackles, including one for loss, tells you a lot about the type of player he is.

4) I thought that linebacker Anthony Hitchens did a nice job of filling in forSean Lee at the WILL.

10) Hard to believe after what we saw in the preseason that Randy Gregory would end the season without a sack. I need to study the film from the game, but it didn’t appear that he was close. This offseason is not only going to be about gaining more strength, but also working hard to improve his technique as well.

Of all this disappointments from from this year, this item is right up there.
