Rob Phillips looks ok...I'd give it a C.

He's got only 1 offensive player and the others have 3.

Isn't this supposed to be a defensive draft?

Like everyone else, I'm not crazy about any of these. As Alexander said, some of each of those drafts.

Of the 4 first round picks, I suppose I'd take Harris.
Of the second rounders, either Awuzie or Tankersley.
Woods of the 3rd round picks.
I really like Blair Brown. Dude has great LB instincts, though he played at a small school. I like Cannon but not as much as Brown.
Don't really like any of the 6th round choices.
Fred Ross and Milano in the 7th.

Not a lot of great choices though.

I'd actually take Bryan...despite the fact that he decided to basically throw the 4th rounder out the window with Pumphrey. King, Basham, Woods is the best 1-3 in my book.
I like Bryans okay, best of the lot.
I like Pumphrey a lot but agree I'm not crazy about him with our fourth. Would love to see him as our version of the young Sproles but the problem is Zeke should never come off the field.

If you could get a game changer who has a very good chance to be a starting CB in the late first how do you not draft Adoree Jackson if he's available. He could be a starter/slot CB who could take over for OScan when his time is up, could be a huge weapon as a punt/kick returner and could also replace Lucky Whiteheads role as running that quick little end around on offense. This guy could free up 2-3 roster spots on gameday, that alone makes him worth the pick.

I take Broaddus'. Love getting Basham and Woods.

I also like Nick's. Takk, King (who will be perfect for us) and Cannon is a good haul.

When a player becomes valuable enough at their primary position this team doesn't allow them to return kicks and punts on a regular basis. Hate the philosophy all you want but it's more realistic to remove return ability from a prospect entirely unless it's a late rounder with limited, back-up level potential.
