Felix Jones has -really- bulked up since the draft.

That famous weight training program is doin' its thing, I see. :D

I can't wait to see this guy in preseason!

I was going to say... I could swear he's already added quite a bit of muscle just since the draft.

Which is conceivable if he didn't lift that hard at Arkansas... And that's very possible, considering they didn't even make McFadden squat.

I thought rookies/potential practice squaders or what not, didn't wear the star on the helmet until they were officially part of the roster?

That policy came and went with Bill Parcells. Personally, I liked it.

Im just glad that guys like Pasqualoni, Bowles and Rodgers are gone. I really expect our dline to see some improvement as pretty much across the board they have underperformed what i have expected from them with the exception of Ratliff.

Camp o is excellent at brininging along younger players. Jenkins, Scandrick, Brown, Watkins and even Jones should benefit greatly from him.

Hopefully he didnt bulk up like the "other" Jones. And forget to work his legs as well.

Adam Stenavich looks like he needs at least two intensive years of bulking up.

Newman looks so skinny on the field until he takes off his equipment, then he looks like a linebacker.

Felix Jones looked very impressive. Wow!

For a guy F Jones' height and body structure, I think if he's playing around 212-217 lbs., that's plenty big . . . . Let's hope he doesn't get too "bulked" like J Jones did.

I thought he was around 210 lbs for the mini-camps, which was up from 207 lbs as his listed weight coming out of college.
