Thats not what I asked.

The contract agreed to only had so much money guaranteed.

I asked if you were comfortable paying Carr 8 million this year.

We really don't have a choice...............Carr has rejected a paycut so our only move left is to release him and we cant afford to do that with Mo still rehabbing.

I think this is Carr's last season however, unless he really puts some stats up.

That was the contract agreed to, then that's what he gets paid. This is a double edged sword because it'll help the cowboys front office be more frugal with the big money contracts and not hand them out like candy.

Granted they've done a better job or that in recent years but we've had tooany Carr's, Roy Williams' and other big name free agents that get grossly over paid and under perform.

So again, would you guarantee all contracts if you were an owner? Because basketball players and baseball players don't typically hold out since they have guaranteed deals

I can agree with both sides on this one. He did play above his current contract but if I remember right, He got a bunch of guaranteed money up front and including a bonus on his current deal. I'm all for players getting paid but he pretty much got his already. Sometimes it's like, shutup and play

Best CB on our roster. I hope they listened to his gripe as a good employer would. At least listen and sympatize...

Mo is dead to me and Carr is not far behind Mo.

I'm not far behind you on the sentiment.

he likely will report when it is mandatory, but he only has one chance to make this kind of money, so I don't blame him.

If he created turnover and didn't have stone hands...I would support his efforts.
