Anybody catch Bob Sturm article on Titan game? that phrase he use for Tyron was so funny "Look at all the traffic above as all of the twisting is happening and still, even though Martin looks like he lost his man, Murray pops out right in Wilson's path. This is text book stuff at the moment of truth so that Romo hardly even notices what he was up against. Free is in a pretty good spot on the left and Tyron is on an island eating a sandwich on the right."

lol also this one "behold the beauty and power of 77 running in the open field against a terrified corner who rightfully makes a business decision to get out of the way. "

Thank you. I've had a busy week and wasn't able to read Sturm's articles in detail. That is awesome!

I was just about to post this exact sentiment. I played LT a few years and he's fascinating to watch.

Actually, there were some USC coaches at my school scouting a few of us back then. I could've been his teammate in college, if it were not for injuries doing me in.

I have always campaigned that a great offensive line is the cornerstone for all great teams. The Cowboys never won a Super Bowl without a great offensive line. I consider the offensive lines for the 71 team (SB VI) and the 95 team (SB XXX) to be legendary. the 92-93 lines are slightly below with the 77 line taking up the rear.

I would not bother me if Dallas took an OT in the first round of next year's draft as well - they have been successful picks as of late.

It used to be the Cowboys were successful in the 2nd and 3rd rounds taking O-linemen (Allen, Adams in the 2nd & Big-E, Stepnoski in the 3rd). The Cowboys have busted in the 2nd & 3rd rounds for O-linemen since the turn of the century.

Bottom line for me: I want my Great Wall of Dallas back! The Cowboys are well on their way to achieving that.
