Looks like Hall is covering Dez again. I can't stand this guy. He's one of the dirtiest players in the entire NFL and he'll do ANYTHING to take someone out.

"DeAngelo Hall is expected to shadow Dez Bryant in Sunday night's Week 6 matchup.
Hall is a physical corner despite his 5-foot-10, 195-pound frame and held up well against Dez late last season. Still, Bryant has had plenty of historical success when facing the Skins. Over the last two years, he's averaging 4.7 catches for 86.7 yards with three touchdowns in four games against Hall. Bryant is an excellent bet to get in the end zone again come Sunday. Oct 9 - 9:14 AM"

My question is Dallas going to attack the sidlines for 4 quarters while the midfield is wide open or are we going to play to win because this time RG3 is actually going to be able to throw a forward pass unlike last year in Washington when we choked yet again.

I remember the game last year in Washington where Dez had caught a pass, was tackled, and refs blew the play dead. You see this punk, D. Hall ripping at his hands with the SOLE intent of causing additional damage to his broken finger.

“It’s going to be a hell of a football game,” Hall told the Washington Post. “Any time you have a chance to go against somebody that you feel is one of the best, you’re going to try to rise to the occasion. That’s in anything you do. That’s just the competitiveness in all of us. . . . Any time you have a guy like that, who I feel like is a hell of a football player, and he’s obviously one of the best in the game, so you definitely want to bring it.”

They should spread the field like they did against the Broncos. IMO, that's playing to win.

Hall gets a bad rep in this league....not personality-wise...can't stand the guy but in regards to as a player.....I always felt he was a decent cornerback. I guess he never lived up to the Sanders hype but I think he's a solid cornerback who for whatever reason gets lucky enough to get fumbles and INT's laid in his lap lol. But as you can see with Dez right now......i'm not even sure if Revis can handle him......only guy I think that can give him trouble is Richard Sherman which is a matchup I PRAY we get to see this season.

Hall is like a receiver that just hit's homeruns.

If he isn't giving up huge plays he's making huge plays.

I'd rather have a consistent player then a guy like him.

What's your idea of consistent? He gets beat deep just like 90% of the corners in this league lol. If you can give me some plays while getting burt? I'll take it. Of course i'd rather have Richard Sherman or Revis or Haden but not too many of those out there to get.

Cause he gambles too much. He gets caught looking in the backfield for that pick 6. He's highly susceptible to getting beat deep, period.

Solid corner? Maybe.

But he's dirty. I think I vaguely remember him trying to take out DeSean Jackson earlier this year.

Hall is one of those guys who can rise to the occasion on a given Sunday and do a reasonable job on a guy like Dez or MegaTron. Then the next week, some no-name guy is roasting him for 150 yards. He clearly is a talented CB but inconsistent. Regardless, i like Dez's chances against any CB in the league if they choose to play man all game.

If Dez is only runing 2-3 routes all game along the sidelines like last year, Hall will be able to handle him.

Oh I agree 100% with you. I just know his rep around fans is that he's a bad corner. I think he's solid to be honest. Never been a fan and i'd have a hard time rooting for him on my team but I do think he's a guy you shouldn't take for granted as a quarterback. I seem to have a memory of him getting beat by Dez a lot. I'll never forget the one catch to Dez that pretty much won us the game where Haslet blitzed Romo and he drifted to the right side of the field to Dez. Think it was like a 15 or 20 yard gain.

It happened twice. Dez abused Hall twice that year on 3rd and 15 ish situations that were on game winning drives.

Yeah it happened twice. I was there for the one at Fedex. Fan's were calling into radio stations roasting his ***. A day or two later, D. Hall comes out and says "cut me."

He had some pretty good years early on. But from 2010-- the present, he's posted OPP QB ratings of 105, 100, and 90, and now 102.

Hall, deservedly gets a bad rep because of his loud, whiny personality and the fact that he hasn't really backed up his play.

Richard Sherman is probably the corner that matches up with him best, I agree.

There just isn't another corner in the league with his size and skill.

Revis could cover him, but Dez is probably just too physically gifted to be stopped if the ball is in his vicinity. (similar to what we saw from Flowers earlier this year, but he'd put up a better fight).
