This is a very very minor thing to talk about with all that happened last night, but I was pretty disgusted with the whole dance on the star thing in the end zone last night. Where's Teague when you need him? I think Williams should have stepped up and plastered Jacobs for that crap. It was Jacobs wasn't it? That was just pathetic.

LOL......

Yeah, it was Jacobs. To be honest, Jacobs plowed Roy in a short yardage play. Roy came up to fill and went backwards just as quick on impact. Don't see that too often with Roy but I saw it on that play. Jacobs ran all over us on short yardage. He's a beast.

I wish we would have drafted him coming out of Auburn.

Why defend a tarnished star? And BTW Roy has no right to defend the star, he has been average at best this year and piss poor most of the time.

It's been that way for awhile ... Roy seems more interested in the Jacked Up video highlight than simply playing D.

TO should have come off the sidelines and tried to hit Jacobs... he probably would have just bounced off like the rest of our defense, but it would have been funny... and ironic.

He didn't come out of Auburn. He transfered because of Caddy and Brown. He went to Southern Illionis or one of the smaller schools. He is a beast though, my question is once Tiki leaves, can he be the every down back.. and last in this league. I hope so, I like the kid. Wish he played on an AFC team, but he is still a good player and can be a great one.

I was more bored and disgusted from the jump shot after not just sacks, but sometimes just a tackle.

Why do people insist on celebrating for doing their job?

Yep, I think your right. He was at Auburn but transfered. Either way, he layed the wood to Roy last night. Really, to all of the defense.

To your question, I don't know if he can be an every down back. He's a punishing runner but he takes a lot of hits. If he runs like that 25 times a game for 16 games, I'd be very surprised. Too much punishment inflicted IMO but I guess we will see.

Saw it...didn't even care. If they defend the freakin' endzone, we won't have to bare witness to those type of celebrations by the opposition.

Our defense has failed to live up to expectations, thus far. And I don't see any reason why it will get much better anytime soon.

I was sitting right behind the Giants bench last night and Brandon Jacobs, that POS, kept standing up on the bench facing the crowd and screaming and cursing at the Dallas fans. Apparently he really hates Dallas. I'm not exactly sure why...

I said this on the TO incident and i'll say it now

the best way to defend the "star" is to keep them out of the endzone. When we step up and play some defense, then we can "defend the star" untill then they can do what ever they want. Cause in realitly last night, thats exactly what the giants did, What ever they freakin wanted
