Yes, but make wade and jason garrett earn their new contracts. Remember when wade was saying, you know I get no respect. I am the most winning coach in regular season with winning percentage etc. What happened in the next 2 games when wade was starting to get content, wanting that contract extension etc. We lost to the chargers and the giants. After those losses, wade didnt pop off anymore about being the top winning coach in regular season games with winning percentage over jimmy johnson and tom landry did he?

Make wade earn that contract extension. This will also push the players to keep the intensity up and playing for wade. When sometimes you get what your seeking like wade is for a contract extension, you get complacent. Let Wade earn it, with solid coaching, etc. till the end of the season.
