Did anyone see Deion on PTI today? They asked him who he would pick as coach if he was the owner, and he said Rex Ryan! Has Rex ever used the 3-4?

Actually he runs a mixture of fronts, which includes a pretty significant amount of 3-4. The 3-4 was very prominent in the playoff game against the Colts. In fact, it was used almost exclusively in that game.JFlgn;1352406 said:Rex Ryan does NOT run a 3-4 in Baltimore. He runs a 4-3 w/ some plays reminiscent of the old 4-6 system his father used.

I didn't watch a lot of their regular season games, but from what I saw the 3-4 was not uncommon.Billy Bullocks;1352413 said:Probably because that's what Peyton has struggled against the most.
BUT, it does show us that he is willing to make adjustments like that. Something our defense hasn't done the last few years.
