That stat is a product of time of possession. Are the Cowboys the best in the league in time of possession?
No. Colts are better. 36:55 vs 33:50.

My two picks to represent in the Super Bowl. I think the Colts can take out the Broncos. But that's another subject.
Thanks for answering my question.

the next closest, Matt Forte, has 28. That's two football fields.
Offensively, yes.Are the Cowboys the best in the league in time of possession?
I think it'll be Baltimore in the AFC but the Colts look good.
running is underrated in football...
wow, never thought I'd say that.... it even sounds strange.....
back to the future....
I think you are on point with the Ravens. I agree. They are tough and are being overlooked.
I might be in the minority here but I think Denver is soft

The stats completely back up the picture being presented...for this team, Demarco Murray is the face of the franchise. His role in the overall picture, is why this year's team comes together now.
The running picture, coupled with the youth of the offensive line...makes it all happen. It blends with the passing window, and makes Tony Romo that last step of quality...good.
Now is this groups window of opportunity to piece things together for about three seasons. That is why this fan is so adamant about putting to a new contract, both Murray and Dez Bryant. For a strong chunk of now, this team is where it needs to be on the offensive side...and the franchise just can't afford to walk on by...for a perceived healthy view of a pie chart series on maximum effectiveness of money flow.
That would be like replacing a nesting a real world set of birds being watch in one's yard, with an automated version of steel...and expect the same effects to come to one's eye. The value is then lost completely, if not managed to maintain the cherished elements, that function.
Expense can be maintained, even similarly to how cap deficit is overcome...and that is lower roster turn overs.

I've seen some things against Denver that can definitely be exploited. The key is to take away Julius Thomas and key in on the run. Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, while good, are not Dez Bryant good where they command double coverage.
Julius Thomas is their x-factor, for sure. On defense, they can be run on. San Diego just refused to run the football.
