Determining Factor for Cowboy Win

We have had all week to reveiw the matchups and make predictions. To sum it up this game depends on the OL of the Dallas Cowboys. If the line plays well the Eagles will not be able to keep up. Dallas has far superior talent and depth.

Without Kearse the DL of the Eagles has struggled while the OL of the Cowboys is starting to gel.

I still don't see how the Eagles can afford to blitz so I am going to side with caution and say we run the ball right down their throats initially to see how they are going to play us. Run it right behind Gurode, Kosier, and Flo.

I would like to see formation shifts. For example if Philly shows blitz change formation and empty the backfield and throw them off guard allowing either Glenn, Witten, or TO to be 1 on 1. We have the potential weapons to totally scare them away from the blitz.

We're going to run behind Flozell Adams all day. They're going to force Trent Cole to make a play against the run. And Colombo is going to have his hands full against Darren Howard, who has been struggling so far this year.

I think we run early in the first quarter to tire Cole out and negate his ability to get to the quarterback.

I'm anxious to see if they do do what they do. - And that is blitz blitz blitz.
On the other hand, if they do do what they do, then what will the Boys do about it?

I have no concern about us on defense, other than getting fooled by stupid trick plays.

One determining factor? We're just better! These aren't Campo's Cowboys. I don't know why my confidence is high. I just feel we got this.
