Shotty would not be a HC anywhere else but in Dallas. I also doubt he would have gotten another OC job. Guy is a scrub coach.

Then why have other coaches hired him so much for the past 30 years. They see him as a consultant, which tells you he knows and sees quite a bit.

HC matters, sure. But the assistants matters more, imo.

I'm not even certain Deuce is on the team Week One.

I think he's likely to end up on the practice squad. Only a real strong showing in the preseason will get him an opportunity elsewhere at his size and our regular-sized backs would have to bomb out for him to be on our 53. That's possibly since we have cheap vets and late-round rookies, but it's an uphill challenge for Vaughn.

Hesitates under pressure a bunch of options. Dak would be best just having two options and that's it. He makes a mess of things when he is double clutching the football.
