I really never thought Switzer was about replacing Beasley right away (Cole's contract is a steal) - I do expect he'll play out his deal and end up in NE in 2019 though (or 2018 as his deal has some sort of out clause)

I'm glad Dez is trying to show that he has learned at least a little from Witten, by trying to be a team leader. Every little bit helps.

Oh holy ****. This has got to be some kind of joke. Dez is the worst route runner the Cowboys have. If Dez wants to lead he needs to take it upon himself to learn how to run the entire route tree..... precisely. That would be leading by example.

Beasley would be a much better player for Switzer to learn from. Similar game and way sharper mind than Dez.

Switzer is likely a far superior route runner to Dez already. Dez needs to shut up and work on his craft.
