I got that same impression. There was no passion from any of them.
Miles came off as a real *** in that video. He almost looked upset when dez caught the touchdown he was going for. He also just walked away when dez started talking to him on the bench.
Yup.
I was a big fan of his and thought he could have been a great one.
Nope. What a disappointment. Not even from the injuries- which were grievous enough in and of themselves, but the disappearance of his desire to excel when he is in there.
I've seen alligator arming, pulling up on routes prematurely, complete disinterest in the game and the current situation he's facing, a true lack of an all-encompassing desire to do what it takes to help his team- which seemed like he used to have.
Shoot- forget that last part about "all-encompassing desire to do what it takes..." comment. Very few on this team have that. But:
His desire to get that damn ball no matter what- It left him a while ago. We've all seen it. He knows it. He's GONE.
Gone gone gone. He went from charismatic great story to goat and I don't mean G.O.A.T.. I mean marginal WR at best now that can LOSE you games instead of winning them.
Sad. How many SAD stories does this team have to endure?
