I got that same impression. There was no passion from any of them.

Miles came off as a real *** in that video. He almost looked upset when dez caught the touchdown he was going for. He also just walked away when dez started talking to him on the bench.

Yeah, I saw that too. It didn't look too cool.

It seemed to me on the mic'd up clip that a lot of the players were actually disinterested in what Dez had to say. I don't mean that as a knock on either Dez or the players, just a comment on the dynamic.

That's exactly what I took from it. I wonder if his bit is just getting old?

im sure its like in real life, if someone is constantly talking or ranting and raving non stop they tend to get tuned out. i have a group of friends where one guy is like that...nobody listens to him.
does seattle or denver have a big group of guys that act like dez on the sideline? no, they dont.

Sherman?????? Go away

I don't think Ware is going through the motions. I think he's aging and maybe not a great fit at DE. He's getting worn down.

He doesn't even seem to try anything creative anymore. Straight ahead bull rush and gets run out of the play.

Whatever the issue, one thing is clear. He will not be getting the scheduled 12.25 mill base salary he's slated for next year. (I expect he stays for about half that)

Yup.
I was a big fan of his and thought he could have been a great one.
Nope. What a disappointment. Not even from the injuries- which were grievous enough in and of themselves, but the disappearance of his desire to excel when he is in there.

I've seen alligator arming, pulling up on routes prematurely, complete disinterest in the game and the current situation he's facing, a true lack of an all-encompassing desire to do what it takes to help his team- which seemed like he used to have.
Shoot- forget that last part about "all-encompassing desire to do what it takes..." comment. Very few on this team have that. But:

His desire to get that damn ball no matter what- It left him a while ago. We've all seen it. He knows it. He's GONE.

Gone gone gone. He went from charismatic great story to goat and I don't mean G.O.A.T.. I mean marginal WR at best now that can LOSE you games instead of winning them.

Sad. How many SAD stories does this team have to endure?

Hand Jerry a list of players who don't care about the game, and cut them out. After watching his 'Mic'd up' video it's disturbing how a lot of the players looked like they had better things to do than win that game.

"“When we walked into the locker room at halftime, every single person that walked into that locker room was yelling and screaming, ‘Get it in your head, get it in your mind right now, we are going to win this game. We are going to come back and win this game.’ Nobody was in there moping, nobody came in there sad. ‘What are we going to do? We’re losing.’ Everybody was upbeat like, ‘Let’s just get our stuff together and come out and win the game.’ It rubbed off on everybody and we came out of halftime with a lot of energy and played Packer football. An unbelievable win for us.”" --James Jones.

I think we found a group of like-minded guys. too bad they play for another team.

We got alot of players that are just used to losing at this point and it really doesnt bother them anymore as long as they getting paid.. They were like "why you so upset Dez, we all still getting paid on Tuesday so why you trippin?"

The new head coach is going to have to cull the losers off the roster.

That's not how it seemed to me. I don't think there's any problem with the players' general motivation. They just were tuning Dez out at times in that clip.
