Dez Update if interested

The cowboys did do him dirty with how they released him but he’s taking this as he’s in high school and scorned by his ex gf. It’s s business and you should make the best business decision for yourself. Not go to a team who had the second worst record in the nfl just to get back at the cowboys

I will say though, the Instagram girl (Erika) in the OP link is very, very attractive, especially below the neck

A lot of people on this site say they've heard this or that from a source. I will give my source, she is the cousin of Sterling Shepherd for the Giants and is also the girlfriend of one of Dez's bodyguards. https://www.lmggalleries.com/erikafree/

Dez is turning down opportunities in hopes of signing with the Giants period. He is wanting to get back at the Cowboys.

lol yea okay

Still acting immature. I have never liked Dez but thought the Cowboys made the wrong move in releasing him. I think I was wrong. Cowboys definitely made the right move.
What is immature about wanting to choose where you work? Literally, everyone who is gainfully employed makes that choice every single day.

If he truly is basing his next gig on getting back at the Cowboys then that truly is just sad. He can be mad, but he needs to just worry about what is best for him.

It’s not that he’s choosing where he wants to work. It’s WHY he wants to work there in the first place. You are able to see that distinction right?

If he wanted to go someplace because they were paying the most, or had the best chance to win, or the best QB possible, or the best coach, etc. then nobody would criticize Dez for wanting to play there.

In all fairness, Eli has more rings than Flacco, Bradford, Rodgers, or any of the other QBs on teams in the running for his services.

This is EXACTLY why you should cut this guy.

He's still an adolescent.

Who knows? Everyone achieves happiness differently. If his goal is to be on a 7-9 team who manages to split next year's season series with the Cowboys, maybe that is the zenith of his desires?

If this is true it just adds to the reasons he should have been released. Anyone more interested in petty revenge than winning or a better contract or playing with a better QB or any number of positive reasons doesn't have the right mindset.

If this is the case, he needs to grow up. I am a big fan of his, but that is childish.

Dez complains about lack of targets, OBJ does the same. The Giants would implode if they tried to manage both of those divas.

So, sure. Go ahead and sign with the Giants, Dez.

He is so immature.

His decision, of course. But he's looking at a max of 60 targets, somewhere around 35-40 receptions behind OBJ, Sheppard and Engram. That's a best case scenario. That shows the level of emotion involved if that's what he's willing to settle for.

The talent has everything to do with the logic though.

The more talented the player, the longer leash they get. That’s a fact of life in the NFL.

In general, not in this context. If someone didn’t want Dez cut but now thinks it was the right move because of his mindset after getting cut it’s anologous to the Moss situation.

I hope he does see us twice a year. He'll be so keyed up for those Dallas games he'll be dropping balls and jawing at the Giant coaches on the sideline............. it will be priceless.

The rationale behind it is the issue.
He was fired. And it felt personal to him. He's not the first player and he won't be the last player to find motivation in wanting to show the group that fired you they were wrong.

Fans who are bothered by this are as immature as they claim Dez is being.
