I didn't hear this, but from other reports that I've read, the Ravens will either extend him or tag him. Either way, they won't let him go. They would be stupid if they did.

As bad as it is here it's that much more distracting for the Cowboys. It's why Jerry needs to man up and make a move either way sooner then later. The longer he lets it drag the worst it becomes and the more this board becomes Owens Zone.
