Without the turnovers, yes we were driving the ball and the defense held up pretty good.
We can win the East.
You just described the Commanders game lol..,

You're making up excuses as to why the Cowboys looked the best. The Eagles won the game, they overcame a terrible start then went on to outscore their opponent 34-0. Every other team in the division, including the Cowboys, lost in embarrassing fashion, and yet you still think the Cowboys looked the best? Ridiculous.
Commanders D looked bad? What the heck were you watching?
You want to take away all of dallas' dumb plays
Skins PASSING offense was horrendous.. . Defensively, they played well.. Very well... Much better than the crap by our D
Take away Romo's INT's, And Murray's fumble, even though other teams had their turnovers too.
But did Dallas actually play the better overall ball this first weekend of the East.
Washington did nothing against a not so good Texans team. RG3 harassed all day, defense looked bad, just that Houston couldn't score.
Giants defense looked worse than ours was supposed to have. Eli looked a s bad as Romo, and their overall offense did not look good either.
Eagles defense didn't look all that great, against a poor Jaguars team, and Eagles offense did nothing until Jaquars started screwing up, and got tired. Stupid penalties. But overall they did come back and looked decent even at that. So I won't take that away from them. Still a formidable win as they fought back.
Dallas had a solid game running the ball, and at times passing, until well, Romo had brain farts.
Defense played better than expected, really only gave up 14 points. Yeah, the doomers saying SF let up, ran the ball, blah, blah, blah...even if so, the run defense still did what they were supposed to do, and stopped them mostly in the 2nd half. Still too many wide open receivers in the passing game though.
But overall, I believe we looked the best, with the Eagles a very close 2nd. Giants , then Commanders.
And yes I watched all the games.
Commanders were on regular TV in Houston, I had Eagles on through my slingbox at house back in DFW.
Cowboys on in Houston, then Giants tonight.
So it's not from highlights or reading or just my thoughts.
I did see all 4 games.
Man that ledge is getting crowded after 1 game.
to win? we watched different games.
Not really, just being objective when it comes to the Cowboys and right now, they are not a good football team.

They changed their entire offensive gameplan in the second half, based on the score. There is no denying that. You can't just wave a magic wand and assume the game would have played out exactly the same way if the turnovers never happened.
Nor can we assume it would be a blow out either.
Exactly, so we have to look at the facts. We got blown out at home and the game was out of hand by the end of the first quarter.

Do I look like Brad Pitt.
Let's see.
Take away the acne scars from my teen years.
Straighten my teeth just a smidge because I have English blood in my veins
Bring back my hair that has fallen out since Jerry took over
Give me ripped abs
A tan
That hey baby, where's the nearest boudoir
Make me a few inches taller
Change my face to something Hollywood
Come to think of it, with all these moral victories, yes I do look like Brad Pitt.
And every Thursday from 1 -3:30pm pigs fly out of my butt.
Thoughts like this make Jerry a happy man. Moral victories > real victories
So if they go out next week and blow the Titans are you going to stay on the ledge or are you going to take the wait and see approach? Because after losing to a team that's better than them people are trying to jump off the ledge.
I don't think they are as bad as the game indicated (insert I DO NOT THINK THEY ARE A TEAM CAPABLE OF GOING DEEP INTO THE PLAYOFFS JUST BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY ARE AS BAD AS THEY LOOKED disclaimer here) nor are the Niners that good. The truth lies somewhere in between. As far as the NFC LEAST goes, the Eagles are just the best of the worst. Dallas second, Skins 3rd and Giants last. For now. This division is a crapshoot.
Nor can we assume it would be a blow out either.
