Of course not but you can bet, if the Steelers ended up winning the game, they sure as hell would have claimed it.
No.

Two Steelers players made clear they did not let Ezekiel Elliott score on the 23-yard TD with 1:55 left. They were trying to hold to FG.
Pitt had 2 timeouts at that point. They burned one early. I was instantly pissed with the touchdown. It was literally 5 seconds off the clock after the 3 minute warning. The game would have been easily sealed if we ran three times and they couldn't stop the clock on the last run.
Its moot now. Congrats fella's. We have homefield advantage in sight. My boss is a Steelers fan though.....
I think they let us score there right after the 2 min warning. I firmly believe that.On the Zeke run that put us up 29-24? What was the right thing to do there? Score or go down at the one? They had 2 time outs left, but it was under 2 mins. Not a criticism, just curious as it is not clear what happened there.
I think they let us score to make sure they had a chance with the ball.
I wonder how that situation is coached from the Cowboys perspective.
lol, I was just thinking the same.If they did, they did it twice...
No way. Nothing is guaranteed in that situation...miss, block, turnover...too many bad things can happen. If they had a lead, different story, possibly. Not when you're behind, though. In hindsight I thought he should've went down at the one.
But, obviously I like the way things played out.

Yes, but they led by one point at the time, IIRC.So you think that he should have gone down at the 1 regardless if they were letting him score or not? Didn't Bryan Westbrook do that to us in 2007?
