I think he was the alternative if they didn't get Ware and Spears. That knee must not being doing to well for them to give up on him.

I don't know about the Cowboys wanting him, I know there were some on this board clamoring for him.

As a UW alum, I sure did appreciate him as a Badger. The Vikes seem to be snakebit at that position in recent years.

Sign him and let him rehab a la Marc Columbo. Minimal risk.

yeah, the cowboys were interested in him, but only as a linebacker rush type end like ware, thats what his strength was, but his knees are bad

but im like Hostile, I would sign him, let him rehab like columbo, and then maybe in 2 years he could help,

he is real light at de, so oculd only play linebacker rush like ware,

That's correct. JJ said that when they were debating whether to take Ware or Spears with their 1st #1, they thought that if Spears wasn't there when the 2nd #1 came around that they could get Erasmus.

He is a bust in the same way as Coryatt, Emtman, Ki-Jana and Wadsworth.....not a performance bust, but an injury bust instead.

I doubt he'd be interested in changing positions unless we threw some garunteed money his way. He'll sign with a 4-3 team no doubt.
