I don't think there was a lot to lose by playing him. If we're planning on getting rid of him after the season, either he plays poorly to reinforce that or he plays well and maybe you can get a draft pick for him.

Your hoping to get 21yr old Diggs back....Sadly that dude left the building 3 years ago. The bridges have been burnt.....time to move on. Dude has checked out way too many times to be counted on.

I think Diggs should've played, but it doesn't matter because this thing has been over, and the decisions this team makes with personnel is in alignment with their losing. Diggs and Butler are on IR while a 2 rookies (Bridges, Revel) get lit up, and Carson too. They can hate Diggs, but what's the explanation for Butler not being activated? This defense has been in chaos all season without leadership or direction.
