Many forums claim to be open, we actually are. As long as the posts are within the Guidelines you are not censored here. We welcome all voices, even if we disagree.

There are a couple of caveats there, so IMO "open" is subject to interpretation. I have often been surprised at what the language filter reacts to here, for example.

For something closer to an open thread forum, look up the Texas Rangers forum on MLB. Everything under the sun, including politics, under one roof. Confusing to be sure, but certainly "open".

the way alot of you are crying about any little thing. everything report, every story, every unnamed source. everybody has the right to their own opinion, thats true. but sometimes it gets too much and the crying takes away the fun of even discussing cowboys.

the hypocrisy is the worst on this forum. everyday theres dozens of threads about espn an whoever reporting false info and having their own agenda. then 5 mins later a new story will come out about the cowboys and them same people will be eating up that stry and claiming the fall of the cowboys into mediocrity.

now everybody is bashing some signings for a backup qb, and a fill-in peice for the lb core. with his low salary brooking can very well be a backup if somebody better is signed or drafted.

alot of fans talk about certain players cry babies, cancers whatever. IMO alot of people need to look in the mirror and bite their tongue a little because the only crying i see is on cowboys forums.

i love the dallas cowboys, but im ashamed of alot of fly by the wind fans who complain at the sake of complaining. its annoying. what im really wondering is if the admins would start an official crying thread, how many new threads would there really be daily?

any admins willing to test that out?

99 times out of 100 the only time people get whacked for langauge here is if they try to be clever and circumvent the filter. Let the filter do it's job and no one will have language issues unless it is over the top and personal towards someone else.
