He didn't stick out...which isn't a bad thing considering every time I saw a tackler miss, he'd get up with a #27 on his jersey. At this point, anyone behind the D-line that isn't a total liability is greatly appreciated at this time.

No tackles registered from Durant yet, but I'm still glad we have him. At 230lbs, he's probably one of the smallest MLB in the league though.

Damn shame Nzeocha got hurt.

You're right. I'm pretty sure the staff will welcome him back with open arms whenever that's possible. We need him for sure.

Anyone know how he's doing? I haven't heard anything lately as to whether it was just an Achilles strain, or a tear or what . . .

WG he looked tentative, like he was unsure of himself. I think he needs to play next week!

I didn't see him make any mistakes, but I'd have to go back and look. He's not used to playing the middle so he might be tentative about his assignments there. Was better than what we've seen from Hitchens IMO.

We have smallish linebackers and smallish DEs. Its probably what the DC wants. Durant did fine. He will get back into the groove but will he stand the rigors of a 16 game season?

We are thin at linebacker depth and what i say depth i mean decent players. This problem is prolly common with most nfl teams, a major dropoff from the 1st to 2nd string guys
