Bigg vows to be better
Give Bigg Davis credit for being honest. He acknowledged that DE Jay Ratliff whupped his butt in pass-rush drills today.

And Bigg vows not to let it happen again.

"It's something I know could be fixed," he said. "That ain't no big deal. The best thing I could do is not make the same mistakes twice."

How can he fix it?

"I don't wanna tell you that," he said, and I wasn't brave enough to press the 6-6, 366-pounder.

I don't know what to think of this. Maybe I'll go into Cowboy homer mode and say it was because Ratliff is so good.

Yeah, TC is all about one player making a play and one guy getting beat.

yeah, pretty much like the real games. I think that concept applies there as well.

Ratliff is a guy who kind of reminds me of Crayton. I think he is very under-appreciated by Dallas fans because he was a late pick. The guy can play for anyone in this league though.

Banking on that one big guy.

out of Spears, Canty and Ratliff,, ratliff might be the best.. I don't know if he can stand up against the run every down.. but the kid don't quit. And from what I saw today... he was beating bigg easily!

Ratliff has an extremely quick step off the line and he's been looking pretty good so far in TC. Doubt he has much of an opportunity or the all around talent to beat out Canty who I understand is also beginning to step it up in Wade's new defense.

The main positive that I have ever heard about Bigg is he is, well, big. Hope he is better here.

Drills are very artificial- nothing like games. Sometimes players that stink it up in drills are fine in games and vice versa. Little early to hit the panic button.

Might not beat out Canty, but Spears could be beaten. To this point, Ratliff has been the better player compared to Spears.
