If you've watched Michael Irvin's "so you wanna be a Cowboy" show on Spike you know it's a competition between wide receivers and defensive backs. There are plenty of one-on-one drills. That makes the quarterback an important part of the process.

It has been impossible to identify the QB, who has worn a black visor. Today I did my best Woodward & Bernstein" and tracked down his name. Actually, I sent an email asking who it is. Turns out it's someone who has been a pretty big name QB in these parts although not at the NFL level.

Any guesses? I wouldn't be surprised if everyone else already knows. I'm usually the last to know, anyway.

I'll reveal my findings on Friday.

Whoever he is, he is the reason that Speedy is no longer a contestant. That last pass was LOW. Speedy did well enough to make the adjustment to even attempt to make the catch.

While yes it may have been the qbs fault on that one particular throw you cant blame him for speedy being gone. Blame speedy for it because hes the one who got himself in that situation by not performing well enough in the first place. Not the qbs fault speedy put himself there.

Haha, yeah pretty much. Although the pass may not have been the best, I would have been displeased if Speedy would have stayed instead of Ahmaad Smith, who I don't think is that bad. I'm really not a big fan of Speedy.
