While i think Romo has to be the main target for blame by the fans i'm glad that the players are taking accountability and not placing the blame on someone else cause he certainly wasnt the only one to blame. My main problem with this team is their toughness or lack of and well this is a sign of some mental toughness. Hopefully its a sign heading forward that they will improve although i'm not gonna hold my breath

I, for one, really liked Gurode's statement. It simply says that the team takes responsibility for wins and losses. period. It's a healthy mind set and it allows people to be encouraging and to call each other out in practice this week. Think of it as the "Spartacus" mentatlity.

Nope. I am by far the dumbest poster on the site when it comes to pop culture because if it is not sports I probably don't watch it. I don't even know who those people are or what it is from. Looks like SNL but I haven't seen that show in I don't know how many years.

Like you,hos....Haven't seen SNL since,I guess the Eddie Murphy days,for good reason. Back on point with what Gurode and Romo have said,I take a little satisfaction from the idea that maybe,just maybe, leadership is finding a home with this team. That would be huge,IMO.
