Andy Reid doesn't want to talk about T.O.'s Philly days

Andy Reid was asked during his press conference yesterday whether in retrospect he would have done things differently during T.O.'s time in Philadelphia.
"I'm not going to get into all that," Reid replied. "He's doing great right now. He's happy and playing good football, and that's alright."
Smart answer to a question that put Reid in a no-win situation.
If he says he should have done things differently, it's a huge story. Plus, it could put him at odds with Donovan McNabb, who is already pretty touchy-feely about the Eagles drafting his eventual replacement last year.
If Reid says he did everything right, he probably adds another log to T.O.'s motivational bonfire for this game. It's been a few years since T.O.'s nasty divorce from Philly, and he's hugged it out with McNabb, but he still gets awfully amped up to play the Eagles.
"I'm ready to go right now," he said Sunday night.
T.O. vs. the Eagles' crop of elite cornerbacks is an intriguing storyline. Reid would rather talk about that than have his relationship with the best WR he's ever coached not be headline fodder this week.
"He's a pretty good player," Reid said. "If he's not the best, he's one of the best at his position, and when it's all said and done, that'll be how it is for, I think, history. He'll go down as one of the great wide receivers in this league, so you have to bring your A-game when you're playing against him."
