I wrote this in Saturday's Dallas Morning News after writing about the Cowboys' Week 1 opener on Fox in Denver and Week 2's NBC Sunday Night JonesMahal opener against an NFC East team to be named.

I wrote this in Saturday's Dallas Morning News after writing about the Cowboys' Week 1 opener on Fox in Denver and Week 2's NBC Sunday Night JonesMahal opener against an NFC East team to be named.
"And, I'll go out on a limb here. I'm guessing that the Cowboys will be home Week 3 on ESPN. That would almost mirror last season when the Cowboys opened on Fox and then played primetime games on Monday Night Football and Sunday Night Football. That would allow ESPN, as its stated mission, to spend the entire day Monday talking up MNF and Jones' new stadium."
Well Jerry Jones told our Calvin Watkins on Saturday that the Cowboys third game will also be a prime time affair. He didn't mention ESPN but...And he didn't say it would be a home game but...
