I think Capers is coming on board in some capacity, whether or not Stewart likes it.

yeah stewart definitely failed at DC if he was even calling plays or coordinating. I really like the direction this team is heading in , I have a way better feeling about this coming season than i did about this one. go cows

How freakin' hard can coaching a team be? They should start offering courses at Harvard and Yale for NFL Assistant Coaches.

"Hey, you're the X and the other team is the Y. Try to make sure the Y doesn't score, okay?"

I think somebody has us thinking this NFL coaching stuff is difficult for a reason. How hard can this really be?

What's Stewart going to learn?

Capers doesn't even run Wade's defense. Yes, it's similar in that both are 34 zone blitzing schemes, but it's still different. The terminology and everything will be different for someone.

If it's Capers who has to learn a whole new scheme, why even hire him?

If we're running Capers' D instead of Wade's, why have Wade?

Surprised to hear you express this doubt.

I seriously doubt that Bill's vs Wade's vs Dom's 3-4's are so different that the latter two can't collaborate or that Dom will have a learning curve that renders him useless.

I'm excited about the possibility of adding Capers.
