Charles Woodson will play Sunday

Packers CB Charles Woodson won't practice all week but will be in the starting lineup Sunday night, Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy said on his conference call with Valley Ranch media.

It's the same routine he followed last week, when picked off two passes and returned one for a TD in the win over the Lions despite a broken toe on his right foot.

A toe injury kept Woodson out of the Packers' loss at Texas Stadium. Patrick Crayton took advantage of his absence by scoring two touchdowns.

The Pack have an extremely overrated cornerback pair.

I dont think so, i think woodson and harris are quite talented. But having a broken toe is a major issue.

I somewhat agree...but if Woodson has a broken toe...TO should cause him fits..;)

great ....we want them 100 percent
Except that they're not 100 percent regardless of whether he plays or not. I'm sure the injury will still limit his effectiveness.

If I am a WR I am running right to Woodson's feet before I make my breaks.

If he is trying to protect it and keep it away from the WR he won't be covering very well.

I saw him play last week guys: he's moving pretty good on it, but not great. looked about 80% to me if I had to put a percentage on it. their secondary can be had and so can their defense. I think we'll put up 30 minimum. If our defense cant hold them to under 30 we obviously don't deserve to win IMO.

Starting Safety and defensive player of the month in January, Atari Bigby will most likely not play. Packers coach when asked said, "I dont think hes going to make it." Aaron Rouse, a 6'4" Free Safety will take his place. Rouse last season played 2 significant games and ended up with two interceptions. Last week he played Detroit and when he took over he missed two plays that Calvin Johnson caught. And oh by the way, they both went for TDs.
