We already told you about Marc Colombo's surgery today on his torn ligaments in his left ankle and Ken Hamlin's high ankle sprain that could keep him out 2-4 weeks.

But there are some others:

Mike Jenkins has a bruised left biceps and Wade Phillips said there is a lot of swelling. But the coach also said he expects Jenkins to play this week vs. Washington.

Flozell Adams and Kyle Kosier have ankle sprains. Phillips called both of them slight and doesn't think those will be an issue.

Kicker David Buehler had an MRI on his right pinky toe (I misspoke earlier and said it was a big toe, but it's the small toe). He's not sure how bad that is but he was limping pretty good today.

Terence Newman missed a snap or too in the second half after getting cleated in the shin. He's OK.

Allen Rossum is still out.

Well it's almost December so I guess it's about time for things to start falling apart.

It's about that time of year where injuries start to pile up. Teams that have the depth and have a no excuse attitude are the ones that win.

Getting no O-line depth this year is going to come back and bite Jerry in the ***.

This still isn't very much in the way of injuries. Colombo's gone and so is Hamlin for now. I kind of expect Jenkins to miss the next game, despite what Wade says. And Buehler might miss. That's it, right (as well as the few rookies and such we lost before the season)? I would guess that that is still well less than average for an NFL team going into Week 11.

Hopefully we can play ball-control football the next two weeks, don't do anything fancy, and rest up for the December push to hopefully make the playoffs.

We tried when we drafted Brewster.

Then he tore his pec weight training and was out for the year.

From what I've gathered, the Fibula will heal by itself.

The ankle ligaments that were repaired today is the same injury that landed Sam Hurd on injured reserve last season, it appears.

So I'm not optimistic about seeing Jumbo Colombo again this season.

Even if he can recover in time, he will be out of shape and I hope the line will have adjusted to the new guy.

I don't see the upside in not moving Colombo to injured reserve.
