Cricket makes for can't-miss TV
Belo brother Channel 8 will have a feature on rookie fullback Deon "Cricket" Anderson during Dale Hansen's Sports Special (hosted by Joe Trahan) at 10:20 tonight.
You absolutely must watch this for three reasons:
1) I'm interviewed and have been promised to get at least 10 seconds of air time.
2) Cricket, perhaps the most personable sixth-round pick in NFL history, is a cult hero waiting to happen.
3) They have the actual video of the moment that earned Cricket his nickname -- him eating a cricket in the rookie locker room at the Alamodome.
