George Dunham of 1310 The Ticket won't continue to be the Cowboys' stadium public address announcer.

Dunham filled that role for a dozen years. Jerry Jones informed Jub Jub, who is also the proud play-by-play voice of the North Texas Mean Green, that the Cowboys would be going with somebody else for the PA gig. It's probably not a coincidence that Cowboys games are moving from The Ticket to 105.3 The Fan.

In a non-related local radio development, I hear Greg Ellis had some interesting things to say during an appearance on Michael Irvin's ESPN 103.3 show today. More to come on that once I get a chance to listen to the interview.

That Sucks.....

It must have been the Meow Mix song...even though he had nothing to do with it...he couldn't finish introducing the players he was laughing so hard.

A few years ago when the Carolina Panthers were being introduced, the background music was the Meow Mix commercial song....

i often hear of that carolina moment. i wish I had audio of it.

anyways....put me in the "this sucks" camp. yes, change is inevitable, but I really enjoyed his voice at the games.
