I agree that the Superbowls give him some grace there and the fact is he's still recovering from injury so that's the biggest reason.

But the thing with Cowboys fans is, at least the really angry or unhappy ones here, would be pissing all over Romo for playing golf even if he'd won a Superbowl or two. They'd still be pissed that he was playing golf instead of living in a film room.

That's just the way it goes with some fans I suppose.

Actually he has not been limited at all in his workouts and is feeling great the last time I read something about him.

Brady's injury is the real reason. No need to risk anything for drills tthat are a waste of time for seasoned veterans. Brady is alway New England's hardest workest every year, as voted by the players - so it has nothing to do with his work ethic.

You are right there is a double standard. Having said that I do expect Tony to be at the OTA and other organized workouts but on his time I have no problem with him doing things he enjoys.
