The media doesn't create the circus. Our owner and the players he signs do.

but if no one reports on it and tells you how bad it is, how would you know the circus is there?

it's a messed up symbiotic relationship.

Didn't he also have no plans to release Terrell Owens at one point?

I also think that we 'weren't trading for a receiver' last year as well.

Yes, but thankfully he was finally able to snatch the peeble from his master's hand. The rest is history.

so I guess Pacman is still a possibility. I'm sure Jerry's trying to figure out a way how he can market the situation to make the most money off of it somehow.

In my opinion, that possibility hovers around 1%. Jerry Jones doesn't have a good track record of re-signing ex-Cowboys. It doesn't make much sense for him to re-sign one who has off-the-field issues which got him canned in the first place.

If the reports of Pacman still living in a house owned by Jones are accurate, it seems as if Jerry may view him as his own personal redemption project.

What's it going to be then, eh?

If so, it begs the question of whether it is his sole goal to put Adam Jones back on the roster. He already has Newman, Scandrick and Jenkins as solid cornerback options. Mickens has a high ceiling in my opinion. His team's future at the position is bright without Adam Jones being reinserted into the mix.

It's no secret that Jerry Jones loves practically every player he's ever signed. Perhaps he has more than one ulterior motive behind his generosity. Maybe he hopes to put Adam Jones on the right track to salvaging not only his own NFL career, but also his life--in or outside of Dallas, Texas. Just my two cents.

The fact that Jerry rarely ever seems to tell the truth, when it comes to these types of players, is why you can't take anything he says on these situations seriously. You've always got to wait and see and be open to the fact that anything is possible with Jerry.

didn't he say something about keeping TO also?? I wouldn't put much stock in what he says when he's drunk...which he probably was.:)

Well, they do have the same last name....!

It may be far fetched, but, perhaps Jerry is Pacman's daddy?

 It makes sense to me...if you look real close the resemblance is there...sort of? Pacman does have Jerry's eyes...and his nose.

I think it is twofold. Jerry has some culpability and so does the media. You have to admit, some stuff gets blown up immediately and Jerry isn't even involved.
